Online Writing Courses We have developed a series of online creative writing courses, where you can improve your writing skills through one-to-one exercises, lectures and critique. You don’t need previous writing experience for most of our writing courses.

Whether you aspire to write a novel or short story, explore poetry, pen a script or screenplay, or explore other writing styles, we have the courses you need to improve your skills.

The only thing you have to do is dedicate a month or two to a Creative Writing course, and you can earn a certificate in no time.
Course details. The course consists of four 30-credit taught modules, three are delivered online. Writing and Groups is a week-long intensive group learning experience where you will gain hands-on experience of what it means to be a member of a writing group and how to facilitate writing groups in a range of settings and for a number of different aims.
Our Creative Writing degree covers the full breadth of writing practice, allowing you to take the options that are of most interest to you. At Level 1 (HE4) you can choose from Scriptwriting, Starting Your Novel, Art of Poetry, or Creative Arts Today.
